I work with people that have forgotten parts of themselves for longer than they would have liked, lost in places to outdated roles, deep patterns and buried wounding.

In conversations with me they find their purpose, their meaning and their undeniable unique gift that is there's to give to themselves and others and aid as a guide and companion as they step onto the path of learning how to give it.​

I personally know what it's like to live without felt meaning or a consciously directed intention. It took me a fair few lost years, but with some luck and grace, and a lot of real conversations I began to find my way back. Now I hold space for people who feel that same tender pull, the ones asking what life is actually for and how does it fit for them.

I'm fully insured and regulated by the correct governing bodies. Every space I create is confidential, private, and built to be transformative for those who want to explore it.
